BCAR or Building Control Amendment Regulations is the framework used to implement the Building Control (Amendment) Regulations act of 2014.
This act is a relatively new system of building control.
BCAR is concerned with dwellings, e.g. it’s concerned with houses and apartment complexes.
Three stages in the construction process pertain to BCAR. These stages are the commencement stage, construction stage and completion stage.
Our BCAR certifiers work directly with construction companies to ensure the dwellings they are building comply with all Building Control Amendment Regulations.
