TURNOVER

- New Construction Commissioning

- Re-commissioning
Re-commissioning, or ongoing commissioning, ensures that the preferred systems put in place are still operating according to the owner’s needs and expectations.
- Retro-commissioning
Retro-commissioning is usually carried out in constructed buildings undergoing refurbishment. This type of commissioning works in conjunction with the refurbishment planning process.
- Monitoring-based commissioning
Sometimes known as MBCX, this is refitting old systems with newer more efficient alternatives. This type of commissioning is designed to ensure a building or structure is operating to modern efficiency standards.
